And now onto this week's show with high-tech gadgets from the NYC Baby Show! (Claimed to be one of the biggest baby gadgets show in the US.)

There were dozens of strollers on display at the show. One that got my attention was the Austlen ENTOURAGE. It offers over 30 handy configurations and they claim, a wicked-fast 1 second expansion. (That's what they say: 1 second!) They add that the seat is suitable from birth up to 50 lbs. Market tote up to 35 lbs. Lower storage basket up to 65 lbs.
Total combined weight of kids and cargo up to 150 lbs. What attracted me to this stroller is that I wondered what a baggage/beach cart was doing at the baby show. You can sort of see what I mean by the photo I took. To me it almost looks like adding the baby is an after-thought. But no matter, visiting their website I see it is wildly versatile and bit on the expensive side. But take into account I never had a child and I never shopped for strollers. Selling price of the Austlen Entourage is $849.99.

I guess I should not have been too surprised at the price because at CES 2017 I covered the 4MOMS Moxie Stroller which had more tech features, but not nearly as many configurations. That stroller was $699.99. Since this was a public show you could order or even buy a stroller right there. But how could folks decide so quickly how an expensive stroller might perform on the street. And Chad's and Charlie's (Chad's Dog) Take On These Gadgets?

The Wobble Wag Giggle ball is big and so Charlie didn't even attempt to pick it up. But Charlie seemed to enjoy the sounds the ball makes, and he quickly learned to push it around with his nose. So I guess that's a 'paws up' from Charlie. The fun, at least for the pet owner, of the Humunga Chomp Dog Toy is that it might look like your dog has huge pearly-white teeth if they pick the ball up in the exact correct position. Charlie didn't quite manage to do that, but let Chad arrange the ball so it looked pretty cute. (Be sure to watch this week's show to see Charlie in action.) White Teeth look aside, Charlie seemed to enjoy this just as a ball, so the decision is probably up to the pet owner whether to just buy a cheap ball, or spend $12.69 on a cute one. But all in all, Chad thought the two pet gadgets for under $30 wasn't a bad deal.

Dick's Gadget Warehouse & How to Submit Your Viewer Video.

This week's viewer video is a bit different. The suggestion was sent in by a viewer with a link to a video he didn't shoot. However, it's such a unique or maybe even 'wacky' idea, I thought fans would get a kick out of it. I'm not sure this would really be a long term solution as a boating motor, but see for yourself.
