You thought perhaps fidget spinners were on their way out?

Well it seems a lot of companies think fidget spinners are here for the long run. Well, not in the exact form we're used to seeing. Zing is betting their new Tumblstix will catch on and expand the fidget craze. Here's how the company puts it: Zing Introduces Tumblstix – a mesmerizing fidget toy that challenges you to balance and catch the cylinder smoothly during 360 degree rolls and 180 degree flicks, all whilst doing tricks. – To make it more interesting Tumblstix have LED's inside that are motion activated so they look great in the dark. The spokesperson in the video said they'd be able in two different colors and retails for about $7.

But wait, there's more from Zing.

StikBot Stop Motion Set

Kids can learn how to create stop-motion masterpieces with Zing's StikBot Motion Sets. The kits come with small, movable stick figures, a set — a pirate ship, or a farm or a green screen — and a link to a free stop motion app. The StikBot characters feature movable legs and arms and suction cups at the ends. So pose them anyway you like, even hanging them from furniture, walls, etc. Then, using the StikBot app, and shooting one frame at a time, kids can make their own movies. Stikbot keeps adding to the series and now in addition to people, there is a line of StikBot animals. And now you can place them in one of the two new movie sets, a farm, or a pirate ship. These new kits will be along in the August, September 2017 time frame and will retail for under $20.

Chad's Crappy Corner & His Final Gadget For His Theme For July, 2017

Chad's Final “Gadgets From Major Hardware Stores”, his theme for July is the Invisible Glass Reach and Clean Tool

Here's what Amazon says about it: Stoner Invisible Glass Reach and Clean Tool is the faster and easier way to clean glass, especially in those hard-to-reach areas Plus you'll get superior results and "invisible" clarity when compared to other cleaning methods. This versatile tool helps you clean fingerprints, smudges, smears, fog, smoke film, haze, dust, water spots and more from hard-to-reach surfaces. Reach and Clean is great for cars, trucks, RV's, boats, glass tables, windows, mirrors, and more at home, work, or play. The Reach and Clean tool works best with Invisible Glass, which cleans glass so well you’ll think it’s invisible This premium glass cleaner was developed with two simple objectives: superior cleaning power and “invisible” clarity. When you compare Invisible Glass to ordinary “blue water” glass cleaners, you’ll immediately see how quickly it removes even the most difficult grime, making glass virtually disappear. $13.47.

And Chad's take? As you'll see in the video, The Reach and Clean Tool does have a great reach, especially for large windshields. Chad likes this device because he could easily clean the very corners of his windshield without much effort. He also showed us that the device has a screw-in opening at the end of the handle to make it even longer if you have a matching extension at home. All-in-all, Chad gave it a thumbs up. That was enough for me. I just purchased one on Amazon for $13.47. I'm going to use it on my boat windshield.

This never affects how we rate Amazon gadgets since we mostly buy everything we review.

Back to Dick's Gadget Warehouse & How To Submit Your Video & Get An Autographed MAD & 35 Year Old Alfred E. Neuman Picture.

Dick's Gadget Warehouse.

This week's viewer video arrived with this note from Scott Schramm:

Hi Dick & Chad:

Here is viewer video submission I made where I talk about a recent purchase from Radio Shack!

Thanks! -Scott

From The Giz Wiz: This video is interesting because I didn't even know Radio Shack was still putting out new gadgets, but the video also shows a very old Radio Shack gadget that Scott is still using.

We’re looking for more Viewer Videos! We’d love to include your video in an upcoming Giz Wiz Show, so here's what we're looking for! Your home shot video – 2 to 3 minutes long, in any of the following categories:

I bought a piece of crap: Did you buy something you ended up hating? We won't get you a refund, but we might be able to give a platform to vent your disappointment. Remember, "family friendly" language applies.-

I invented this! Did you invent something? (Or did a friend or relative invent something.) We can't market it for you, but we can help get the word out. Show us what it is, and how it works. Even if it's a prototype, you can get our (and the audience) reactions. No professional ads please.-

My Gadget Warehouse: Okay, so you don't have a warehouse. It doesn't matter. Just tell us about your favorite old gadget(s). When and where you bought it, and why you're still hanging on to it.-

My Favorite Gadget (favorite old, or favorite new): Show us what it is, tell us what it does and why you love, or loved it! It can be a new gadget you just bought too.-

Post them on YouTube and send us the link! We'll do the rest. (Or possibly nothing, but that's unlikely.) Remember, videos should be just 2 to 3 minutes long! Low production value is fine, but we should be able to hear you and see you! If we select and show your video on The Giz Wiz you’ll a tiny amount of fame (hopefully), an autographed MAD magazine and a 35-year-old Alfred E. Neuman picture. So that's one more (so-so) reason to send in your video!

IMPORTANT: We'll just shower you with praise for your video if you live outside the US or Canada since we can't afford to send stuff outside of those two places. (Thanks for understanding.)

All show submissions go to mail@gizwiz.tv
