Meet PureGear Purecam with it's unique "hotspot".

The spokesperson explained that there are a lot of great features in this new device. Puregear's PureCam's built-in GPS helps you quickly find your vehicle if you forgot where you parked it or helps find it if it is stolen. With dual cameras recording both the inside and outside of your vehicle, you can remotely view it via live streaming from the PureCam app on your smart device. Prominent LED light provides more security to your car, flashing blue when in parking mode to deter would-be thieves. PureCam's G-Sensor detects incidents when you're in your car or away from it, sending alerts to your phone. When the G-Sensor is triggered, such as in an accident or break-in, PureCam will automatically upload emergency video to the cloud for backup recording. (Normally, all video footage is stored in the included 16GB micro SD memory card.) Interior infrared lighting automatically activates during night time to maximize visibility for live streaming and videos. A feature the company says is unique to their dash cam is their PureCam mobile Hotspot with 4G/LTE connection for up to three devices. This functionality is available if you have a SIM card in the PureCam. It's said to be a good way to turn an older car that’s not compatible with Wi-Fi into a fully connected one. There are 3 models available staring at $199.99. Data plans are available too.

2. 4-in-1 & 3-in-1 Versatile Ovens

I saw these versatile ovens for the first time at the Holiday Gift Show, so the info here is from the company. The Galanz ToastWave 4-in-1 Convection Oven + Air Fryer + Toaster Oven + Microwaveoffers a range of cooking options in one seamless appliance. Features include an inverter and humidity sensor, along with a double-element-broil and toast function. Unlike other products on the market, the ToastWave offers TotalFry 360 AirFry technology, providing 360° surface area coverage, which yields completely even cooking. This model of the ToastWave has a capacity of 1.2 cubic feet and an output of 1000W. MSRP $499.99.

The SpeedWave line, with varying features you can check on their website, is available in three sizes – 1.0 cubic feet with an output of 900W, 1.2 cubic feet with an output of 1000W, and 1.5 cubic feet with an output of 1100W. MSRP starts at $199.99.

Chad has a real need for this travel compact steam + iron. Do you?

This unique device isn't coming out until the fall, but Chad already says he needs to buy one! He said at trade shows he often has to iron tee-shirts he has for sale and it's a pain to carry a full sized steam iron. This one as you'll see in the video is really compact and easy to take with you. It's the Homemedics Perfect Steam 2-in-1 Steamer & Iron.The company says it's a "Cute Size" and "Crazy good on wrinkles." The travel garment steamer & iron locks together to form a compact travel case with built-in handle. It offers 2 settings for iron and 2 setting for steaming. Dry heat...which company says reaches 392 degrees to kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. Unlike regular steam irons, this one creates tiny, tiny stream beads which are too small to see. It's going to be available in black or white and MSRP will be about $79. Coming in the fall.

And Chad's take? Chad liked this device. As you'll see in the video, you do have install 4-AA batteries which takes a bit of doing since they fit in a watertight compartment. But the device does a pretty nice job flashing shapes and colors in water. And the price was reasonable at under $20. A not-so-crappy crappy gadget!
