It's the Phone Mini-Umbrella & Holder Yes, it's a tiny phone parasol with a suction cup holder! Open the tiny umbrella, apply the suction cup to the back of your phone and adjust it to act as sun shade visor to block sunlight and glare. It's also great if you need to use your phone outdoors in a rain storm, or even in public where you don't want people to see what's on your phone screen. Yes, you'll look a big strange, but it does work after a bit of adjusting. It's available in many colors on Amazon. I bought black. It's under $20.
