If you missed the on-air spot, it's now here on ABC News.com:
Have music via Bluetooth any place you can screw in a standard lightbulb.
There are many Bluetooth light bulbs on the market, but the AwoX StriimLIGHT also has a built in 10 watt speaker. Using Bluetooth, you can have music playing anywhere you can screw in a light bulb. Fits existing lamp sockets and connects to any Bluetooth enabled audio source like smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Bluetooth lets you stream music up to about 33 feet from the device playing your tunes. The AwoX StriimLIGHT is an energy-saving LED light, equal to about a 40-watt soft white incandescent bulb. Pairing is easy, and once paired you’ll have music wherever you screwed in the AwoX Striim Lightbulb. Included also is a remote control to turn the light on/off, to set the volume and to mute the speaker. The speaker will play even if the light is off. No app is needed. Bulb: LED, 110-240v, fits standard E27 socket. Speaker: 10 Watts, 200Hz-20KHz. Bluetooth can power one AwoX StriimLIGHT. Shipping the end of January or early February 2014, the MSRP is $99.00. A WiFi version is coming mid-year, which will be able to power multiple speakers and also add dimming to the LED bulb. No price for the WiFi version has been set yet, but a spokesperson said it shouldn’t be too much over $100.
