Duncan Hines has come out with a line of mug cake mixes. I bought the Mug Cake Strawberry Shortcake Flavored Mix with Cream Cheese Frosting. They call it a Decadent strawberry shortcake mug dessert with cream cheese frosting. I call it pretty good for something you can make in about a minute & twenty seconds, depending on your microwave. There are lemon, carrot, brownie mug mixes too. The Strawberry Shortcake was just $2.50 on Amazon when I bought it and it makes 4 cakes with icing. That's less than 65 cents a cake! And kids will love making their own desserts. The Strawberry Shortcake has 410 calories, but it could be cut in two. Duncan Hines suggests it tastes best warm, and I agree.
