IMPORTANT! MAD MAGAZINE is moving to Burbank, California at the end of the year, so read everything below carefully for big changes to the "What The Heck Is It?" game starting 2018!! Even though MAD will have a whole new staff in California, I'll still be writing for them from my Gizneyland studio here in NYC. (Fortunately, Bill Morrison, the new editor, said they want to keep my streak of being in every issue of MAD for 51 years alive!) But I will no longer have access to copies of MAD to send out, and I will no longer have a mail room to send winners their copies. Since people say they like playing the WTHII game I'll continue it. For several months the prizes will be fun MAD stuff I had in my office when I packed it up. Things like a page of MAD stamps that were bound in MAD Specials like 30+ years ago, or a sheet of old MAD stationery. I'll be doing all the shipping myself so they'll be 6 winners for folks with the right answer and 12 winners for people with silly, cute, dumb answers starting with the Jan/Feb 2018 game. Unfortunately prizes will be for US only.  If you play the November/December 2017 WTHII game be aware it runs all of November and ends midnight December 17th EDT. Hopefully I'll be able to send out the normal number of Jan/Feb MAD magazines - up to 36 winners. But you must check to see if you're a winner right after I post them on December 18th! MAD NYC will close on December 22nd because of the holidays and I won't have MADs to send out after that date or a mail room to send them from, so I must hear from you if you're a winner by December 21st.
