June 2, 2010 The Guy’s Keyboard
Leo says that he’s shown a keyboard with alphabetically arranged keys to Peter Jennings of World News Now, called “The Man’s Keyboard”. He may be thinking of “The Guy’s Keyboard”, which he did show to Peter Jennings, but the keys were not alphabetically arranged. On 15 June 1967, little Leo went with his parents and his little sister Eva to Manhattan to board the SS United States on his first transatlantic voyage, back in the days when these ocean liners required tug boats to drag them into the sea. For the return voyage, they took the RMS Queen Mary. The SS United States broke a number of records in her day but is now in Philadelphia in a bad state of disrepair.
