    Life Hardly Worth Living
    Benjamin Ford of Rochester, New York, is looking forward to reaching Episode 1000.  Sometimes it seems that life would hardly be worth living if it weren't for the Daily Giz Wiz.

    IBM Commercials
    Benjamin also notes that some time ago Dick and Leo talked about the IBM Selectric typewriters (e.g. back in Episode 283) and believes that they also talked about the IBM 224 Dictation Unit.  Duke University has posted on iTunes U archive TV commercials from the 1960's of IBM products including these products.

    What interests Benjamin most is a short film (2 minutes 49 seconds) on IBM's Sage Computer System being used as part of an air-defence unit.
