Show #1877 For Week of March 31st 2021 Independent Show 353

Amazing! We're going into year 17 of the Giz Wiz!

(The first Giz Wiz Show – called The Daily Giz Wiz back then – was February 20th 2006!) If it wasn't for our loyal supporters, the Giz Wiz Show would be gone. Are Wireless Outlets Finally Here??

With Jackonlux LED bulb you can certainly make it look like it is. As you'll see on this week's show, the bulb comes with a little plastic gadget that looks like a mini outlet. Plug your lamp into it and yes, it will light! That's because the JackonLux bulb is a combination of a regular led bulb and a power outage light.

Note: It may not work properly when connected to a powerstrip. But when it was on and plugged directly into an outlet it immediately stayed on when I tripped the circuit breaker. It has to be on to stay on. If it's off, it will stay off until you turn it on. That way if the power goes out while you're not home and it's off, the battery will not be wasting power. I like these a lot. I bought the two pack for $17.99 on Amazon, so that was $9 each. That price can change at any time.
