It can be worked as a led garage light, low or high bay light. It doesn't mention lighting a room in a warehouse, but that's where I installed mine. It does give off a lot of (cold white) light, fine for a workspace, but probably not for a living area. Mine is indoors, I don't know how this would fair outside. The company uses the box for lots of their products because my box says “RGB, Bluetooth, Music” and it has none of those.
