A Chad Extra! Just add salt.

In this extra gadget episode Chad builds and runs -- well, tries to run, his 4M Green Science Salt Powered Truck. First, here's what company says about this kit: Learn about the fascinating world of green energy in a fun, hands-on way. Build this truck and prepare its battery for action. Then add some salty water to power up the battery and watch the truck go! A great green science project and Eco-Engineering kit. Includes truck parts, salt-powered battery and instructions. Recommended for ages 5 and up. Under $20.

And Chad's take? Chad built the truck and that part went fine. But then when making the battery, that was a big mess and sadly it only worked when Chad held the truck in a strange position. You'll see it all on this week's show. Be sure to watch as Chad even builds the battery that is designed to run this truck.
