You hold SpoonTEK normally with your finger making contact with the electrode on the handle. Food makes contact with the electrode in the spoon bowl. An LED light on the handle will glow to indicate that the SpoonTEK system is working and delivering a mild electric current that passes through the food you are eating. You won’t feel it, but your taste buds will feel it. Since this was a virtual event I did not get to try this spoon.
