Kills Germs on Your Smartphone & Charge It At The Same Time with Cell.

At Pepcom, Ampere was show their Cell, an expandable UV sanitizer that can wirelessly charge your smartphone and remove germs on the surface of your smartphone in one minute! This was a Kickstarter project that raised $133,232 toward their goal of $15,000, so people wanted this. Here's info they shared. Cell features an antimicrobial shell — making it the first UV sanitizer of its kind. Equipped with two 15W wireless coils, Cell also acts as a powerful wireless charger. The versatile accordion-style silicone sides also allow Cell to be used in multiple orientations — flat for discreet charging, vertical for making FaceTime calls while working, or horizontal for watching Netflix. In addition to smartphones, it can sanitize anything else that fits inside. Four powerful 250-280nm UV lights remove most germs at the DNA level in just one minute. Cell doubles down on staying germ-free by having all-natural silver, an antimicrobial property, infused into the shell — making Cell an antimicrobial product inside and out. --- I don't know from germs, but this looks like a very interest gadgets. They also offer many antimicrobial accessories over at their website.
