And Chad's second Emergencies Gadget is actually three gadgets! For about $11 Chad shows us what an emergency blanket can do, and explain that it's a one time use thing because you'll never be able to fold it back up! Chad paid $3.87 for that. Then there's a multi-function whistle which cost $3.97. And finally storm-proof matches that stay lit even after you dunk them underwater! They were only $2.97. So all three under $11.00.
