How cheaply can you buy a 10000 mAh external battery charger?

A few weeks ago I talked about the Gorilla Gadget Qi Wireless Charger Power Bank 10000mAh. What was different about this external battery charger is that the unit itself could be recharged by placing it on top of another wireless charger. (I own several wireless chargers so this is a nice feature for me.) It's was on Amazon $29.99. (Link below.)
But, as is usual, our chatroom is really good at finding bargains as we report on new gadgets. And someone in the chatroom found what looked like the exact same gadget for less than $14, while I paid almost $30 on Amazon. So I bought one. The description is pretty much the same as it is for the unit that I purchased on Amazon. And it looks identical, except for color, gray, which I had picked to tell it apart from my first device. But this note on the AliExpress is a little disturbing: “Battery is 10000mAh - Logo may say 10000 or 20000 mAh.” What? I don't know what the heck that's supposed to mean. Maybe they got a buy on cases that said “20000 mAh” so they bought them to put the 10000 battery inside? Watch this week's show to see one way the cheap version didn't match the original cheap one.
