Soft bread, hard butter? Does this knife really help?

It’s ergonomic design works well for all hand sizes. – And now back to me. I would agree this is well designed and even very nicely packaged. But there is nothing in the box about ways to use it. Maybe that's why it's great to give as a gift. You would have to waste a lot of butter trying to figure out the various ways it works! It got 3.7 starts out of 5 stars from 65 reviewers - I paid $11.50 and it was that price as of 9/11/18
