Discover With Dr. Cool.

Here are two fun chemistry kits that will let you amuse and amaze and maybe even learn something new! My favorite here is the Chemistry Magic Invisible Test Tube Kit. (All the components are in the kit, in a smaller size than the video demo.) You take a test tube filled with liquid, and a measuring cup of water. Lower the test tube into the water and every part of the test tube below the water line instantly disappears! (You'll see it in this week's show.) The second kit is the Chemistry Magic Waterproof Wonders. There are two fun projects in this kit. In one of them you put dry sand on the little plastic spoon and lower it into water, make sure it goes under the water. Then take the sand out, and it's bone dry! In the second project, dip a finger tip into the special powder, then stick your finger into water. Remove your finger from the water and it too is bone dry. Each kit will be $11.99 and should be available starting July, 2018.
