And Chad's take: Chad loves this device!! Watch this video to see just how much he loves it. But, like my LED Tower Light above, his also had a wonky LED switch. At first Chad thought the light wouldn't work at all, which would actually make the device useless since it must be so close to the object you want to magnify. But he got it working and we saw in great detail the lettering on a quarter and even the fibers in a dollar bill! He also saw a bit of fingerprints. This device does magnify a lot, but as you'll see it hard to zoom out since the lowest magnification is 60X, But, Chad thought this was a great buy at about $13.00.
