Giz Wiz Show #1558 for Feb 19th, 2016 - our 42nd Independently Produced Giz Wiz Show

Thanks to our wonderful Patreon supporters The Giz Wiz Show continues in 2016!

If you'd like to support OMGChad & DickDe in our independent venture (we pay for everything ourselves) just click the Patreon link at the top of this link: http://www.gizwiz.tv/. You can also contribute just once via the PayPal link that's there too. And thank you! Our show wouldn't exist without our viewer's support.

This week, and for the next couple of weeks, it's fun, educational and maybe even scarey gadgets from Toy Fair 2016!

At the top of the show Chad talked about and showed off his new DJI OSMO Handheld Stabilized 4K 12MP Camera. If you haven't seen this device which Chad will take with him on his travels, be sure to watch this episode. The DJI Osmo MSRP is $649, but Chad paid $90 less ($559.00 as of 2/18/16) on Amazon and it was Amazon Prime, so he got it in two days. It's here on Amazon:

Now on to the rest of the show.

Paul G. Toys was showing Robotime 3D Wooden Puzzle Toys and a very scary flying Pterodactyl. The Robotime 3D Wooden Robotic Puzzle Toys consists of large and small 3D animated ancient animals. They start out as flat pieces of wood and end up as 3D moving, sound-making fun toys. They have 3 modes of operation: demo mode, free range mode and RC control mode. The half-egg shaped remote overs 2 different roar functions, walk forward, turn left, turn right and even a little 'dance' mode. Paul G Toys says they're easy to assemble with no glue or tools necessary. On Amazon I see one of them is on sale now: The Robotime Large T-REX, Robotic Dinosaur 3D Puzzle, 14.5' x 10.9" x 2.6. It got 4.4 out of 5 stars from 8 customer reviews. The MSRP is $59.99, but as of 2/17/16 is was selling for $34.99 with free shipping for Prime Members.

The awesome remote control Flying Pterodactyl you saw in the video isn't on sale yet. It's big, loud and scary with its 5-foot wing spam and piercing scream. You can preorder it on the company website, but it's priced at $399.00 there. In the video, our spokesperson says it will retail for $299.00. So unless you're in a hurry and have unlimited funds, I'd wait until it gets into the market place when I assume the price will be $299.00, maybe less depending on demand.
