Chad's Crappy Corner & Another 'Stocking Stuffer' Gadget, His Theme For December.

Chad polled our loyal Patreon members and asked them to vote on his theme for December. They voted and the winner was “Stocking Stuffers”, a perfect pick for December. Chad's second 'Stocking Stuffer” gadget of the month is the Ever Brite Motion Activated LED Solar Light. Here's what Amazon says about it:

Ever brite is the quick and easy outdoor light. Motion-activated solar power LED light with 3 stick on adhesive on the back for quick and easy installation on virtually any surface. Durable and weatherproof, installs in seconds, motion-activated, and never needs any batteries! great for stairs, patios, over the garage, over doorbells, and near the front door. When I checked Amazon on 1/29/20 it was no longer available)

And Chad's take. Chad liked this device. The LED's are slated facing downward to light paths or walkways. And it's solar powered, so no wiring. Chad said it took about 4 or 5 hours of sunlight during the day to power the light on a night. As you'll in the video, when it doesn't sense movement it goes into a greatly reduced light output. But as you approach it, it goes back to full brightness. It doesn't need replaceable batteries, and of course LED's will last for 1,000's of hours. And there's almost no installation. Just stick it on a smooth, tape included. All in all, Chad thought this was a well-designed useful gadget.
