It's theTravelon Packable Backpack, Style 42817, a pocket size accessory that opens to a full size backpack.  It folds into an the internal pocket you see in the photo for easy storage and packing.  Made of water and stain resistant, lightweight ripstop, the backpack has 2 zipper compartments, 2 internal pockets in main compartment, 2 water bottle pockets and a media pocket with audio port.  Available in Black, Lime and Aqua.  MSRP is $35.
