Oh, okay, they’re not really “gadgets”, but they help you carry & protect an expensive gadget, namely the iPad. On this TTTT Leo tells us his favorites of the six iPad cases he rounded up. I like this fan a lot! And I think you will too. It’s the Programmable Message LED Light-Up Handheld Personal Fan. Perhaps the name is a tad too long, but I like everything else about it. Click the on switch and watch the spinning blades display one of the four personal messages you get to program. The blades are soft, which is good because it’s kind of hard to program this little guy without having the blades hit your fingers from time to time. The fan stores 4 separate messages and each one can be up to 16 characters long, including spaces!  It’s best to write them out before hand. I was trying to program ‘GIZNEYLAND STUDIOS”, but ran out of space. My fan says: DISNEYLAND STUD – hey, I just left it that way! Messages can be erased and/or changed. A message is programmed by using up and down buttons to scroll through the alphabet and symbols. When you get to the one you want, you push the set button and move on to the next one. If you want to give one of these for a gift you could preprogram it and give a real surprise to the recipient when they turn it on. It runs for about three hours on two AA batteries, which were including with my fan. Cost? $3.25 + $4.99 S&H.
