This week's show and The Giz Wiz shows for the rest of January will all be about new gadgets found at CES 2022. Chad, and our producer, videographer, Josh Chenny, went to Las Vegas for the live show, while I covered endless hours of virtual CES here at Gizneyland. And, as you'll see at the top of this week's show, I was able to visit the Las Vegas Pepcom event “in person” for a while, thanks to the wonderful world of electronics.

Chad's first CES 2022 gadget on this week's show is Leos Loo Too from Smart Pear.

Chad was interested in this because he has two cats and also has an automated kitty litter cleaning system somewhat similar to this and wanted to know the difference. Chad liked that the Leo's Loo Too was very quiet and available in four colors. He found out that they recommend a certain brand of cat litter because all their tests had the best results with that brand. (They didn't mention the brand.) Also Chad was not knocked out with the price of almost $600 because he said many high-tech units are up around that price. He paid $549.00 for the Litter Mate device he currently uses. As of 1/21/22 the new model, the Leo's Loo Too is available for per-order. It's said to ship in 4 – 6 weeks.

Get Tattooed By A Mini Machine - Chad Did!

Dick's Gadget Warehouse.

For the rest of January Dick's Gadget Warehouse is going to be a bit different.

We're going to show a video of gadgets either I, or Chad, or the two of us recorded at CES shows in past years. Then we'll do a Google search and see what we can find out about that gadget. Is it still for sale? Does it look like it ever went on sale? Is the company even still around? We expected that this would be quite interesting and it is!

On this week's show we go back to CES 2016, 6 years ago, and a new gadget at that show called Hackaball. That's the Hackaball in the video. It's said to be a way that kids can learn computer programming. Using the Hackaball, they program the ball.

After we show the Hackaball video we go looking for the company online and we find something interesting things about Hackaball.
