Remote House Monitoring
Peter Costello heard a recent episode in which Dick talked about monitoring the power supply on his boat by calling its answering machine.  Peter has a similar need for his vacation home in the mountains, but he goes one better.  He has a SensaPhone which will call him automatically if the AC power supply in the vacation home gets cut, if water is detected in the basement, if the temperature crosses the lower and upper thresholds, or if the smoke alarm has been set off.

Print-Printing a Building

Victor Gossler writes in about the CarMD covered by Leo in Episode 1047.  I was fully expecting someone to tell Dick and Leo that Dick had talked about the gadget way back in Episode 178, but Victor wants to talk about the latest development for similar devices.  There is a product called the PLX KiWi, which also has an iPhone app called the KiWi Wifi.

TWiT Succession Plan
Leo has been advised to have a succession plan for TWiT in case anything should happen to him, so that Dick can keep getting his bouncing cheque every month.  Dick, Dane and Colleen are already preparing an LED-backlit tombstone for Leo.
